Cancellations, Shipping, Amendments, Returns and Refunds
All customers have the right to cancel their order if it hasn't yet been dispatched.
Your right to cancel an order from Dollhouse Nails starts the moment you place your order but it must be cancelled before your order is dispatched.
Cancellation after dispatch can not be accepted.
If your order has been marked as dispatched but has not yet left our warehouse you have the right to cancel but will not be refunded P&P and Dollhouse Nails reserves the right to add a handling fee.
Once you have submitted an order we cannot amend an order or add to it.
If an Item is out of stock - If an item you purchase goes out of stock it will automatically be refunded to the same account you paid with. You will be notified if this happens. Alternatively we will substitute your item with an item very similar in colour type etc.
I received the wrong item - If you have received the wrong item we will resend out the correct item, the incorrect item will need to be returned. For all orders if you receive the incorrect item we may send you the correct item out or we will issue you a refund for the item you were missing. You must notify us about incorrect items received within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can communicate together to resolve the issue. Please keep all of your packing and packing slip to help us resolve this.
Missing Item - If you have an item missing from any part of your order you must check and notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send your query via email to email@example.com including clear pictures of your packing slip. We will deal with the problem accordingly. Thank you.
At this time Doll House Nails can not accept returns for most items due to the nature of some of our products. If opened these products will no longer be sterile and may be subject to cross contamination and not fit for re sale. Please message us to find out if your item qualifies for a return.
For items that are able to returned they must be unused and in the same condition as when your purchased them. We can not accept ANY returns on items that have been used or 'tested'.
Returns if your item arrives damaged - You must send us a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your parcel along with your order number in order for us to process your return - Once we receive this information we will resolve the problem asap for you.
Whilst we do take all reasonable steps to make sure that the information on this website is up to date and accurate at all times we do not guarantee that all material is accurate and, or up to date.
All material contained on this website is provided without any or warranty of any kind. Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. You use the material on this website at your own discretion.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Your order will be processed within 2 working days, we will ship by courier and you will usually receive next working day if the order is placed by 12 noon. Please allow an extra 24 hours on really busy periods (ie. christmas)
